A graduate of Oglethorpe University with a master's degree from Tulane University, Francesca began her career in residential sales with a regional production builder, where she sold more than 300 homes in her first three years. She later served as the exclusive real estate advisor for a historic home builder before co-founding the brokerage that would become Engel & Völkers New Orleans.

With over two decades of experience, Francesca has built a reputation for successfully marketing and negotiating some of the region's most notable residential properties. In 2025, she represented the sale of the highest-priced residential property in Greater New Orleans. She has been recognized multiple times as one of New Orleans Magazine's Top Real Estate Professionals and was voted "Best in Real Estate" by New Orleans Homes & Lifestyle Magazine.

Outside of real estate, Francesca is a founder of Krewe Boheme and a captain of The Merry Antoinettes, reflecting her deep commitment to the New Orleans community. She lives enjoys live music, traveling throughout Mexico and antiquing. She lives Uptown with her 2 amazing kids.
